You agree to purchase, the offer presented and authorize Dea Luna Wellness, hereinafter referred to as the “seller” to charge your credit card for the amount listed on the secure checkout page and agree to any other terms of the transaction listed on the secure checkout page.
You agree and acknowledge that payments for products and services are made directly to the seller and any questions or support regarding your purchase are to be brought to the attention of the seller by contacting the seller directly. Dea Luna Wellness does not warrant, inspect or guarantee the quality or delivery of products, subscriptions or services.
You agree to save and hold harmless Dea Luna Wellness and any of its owners, officers or employees from all cost and damages incurred to yourself, your business, or any company or business or individual for whom you are making this purchase as a result of this purchase or the use of any product or service obtained from this purchase.
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable, but if by limiting such provision, it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be written, construed and enforced as so limited.
The failure of Dea Luna Wellness to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of the seller’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with any provision of this Agreement.
This Agreement in all respects shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Minnesota, to the exclusion of any other applicable body of governing law, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement will be a court located in the State of Minnesota.
